In 2018, Protea was selected by the San Diego Unified Port District to manage this downtown San Diego waterfront retail center. The property management agreement was recently extended to 2029. Tenants include Malibu Farm, Shorebird, Mike Hess Brewing, Crack Taco and an array of local and small business retailers.
