Jeffrey’s entrepreneurial roots include creating and operating a successful athletic apparel company which he sold to Reebok in 1992. While with Reebok, he was appointed Vice President and led its U.S. sports apparel division.

Jeffrey has provided day to day leadership and direction to Protea since its inception in 1997, growing its portfolio of quality investment properties along with its management team.

In 1997, Jeffrey co-founded Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) with a mission to help athletes with physical challenges get back in the game of life through sport. To date, CAF has raised in excess of $200M and has awarded more than 52,000 grants worldwide.
