Kristin Blackson
Director of Planning
Kristin Blackson is an environmental planning expert with over 25 years of experience in CEQA/NEPA compliance, policy, and project management across public agencies and private consulting. She is responsible for planning and entitlements for development projects including Seaport San Diego, currently undergoing environmental review by the Port of San Diego as lead agency.
Kristin previously served as the County of San Diego’s CEQA Program Manager and has led complex environmental review efforts in the San Diego region. Kristin also teaches CEQA at UC San Diego Extension and contributes to statewide CEQA reform through Association of Environmental Professionals (AEP).
