Nicole Ludwig

Nicole is the Asset Manager and Head of Investor Relations at Protea, overseeing and executing management and value-add strategies across Protea’s portfolio as well as serving as a liaison between the company and its investors.  Prior to joining the Protea team, Nicole worked for Kimco Realty, Shopping Center REIT as Asset Manager for Pacific Southwest region and prior to that spent two years at Grosvenor.  

Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the Walter A. HAAS School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and has her Masters in Real Estate at New York University at the Schack Institute of Real Estate. She currently serves as Board Member for Challenged Athletes Foundation, as well as active fundraiser and participant. She also is current chair of WAI (Women Across Industries) focused on women run and owned businesses.  She has previously served as Chair for ICSC Next Generation in San Diego from 2010-2014.
