Project Financial Analyst
Paul assists the Protea team with detailed financial analysis to support the acquisition, development and financing of various development projects. He has a deep understanding of financial analysis and has underwritten billions of dollars of complex developments, public private partnerships, and joint ventures in all product types.
Paul has a degree in business, Urban Studies and Planning, from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). He serves on the Developing Leader Steering Committee for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and as an instructor at the University of California, San Diego.
